Assistant Media Planner

Do you aspire to become a media planner? Join our team and learn all media channels including a deep dive into how to research, plan, buy, traffic and track results for digital media campaigns across the spectrum of digital advertising on all screens. Our team collectively has over 20 years of experience working in digital media and will train you from the ground up. You will do all this in a fun, family oriented small agency where they care about their employees and provide every opportunity for growth. Additional details:
You will assist the Media Supervisor in all aspects of media planning included but not limited to:
• Researching target audiences
• Learning the media landscape, and planning media through Request for proposals (RFP)
• Managing media budgets
• Presenting media plans to clients
• Buying (placing) media
• Trafficking media to outlets via third-party-trafficking
• Basic reporting on digital media
• Optimizing media
• Billing and managing partner relationships
• Admin support as needed
• Working with client service and production

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
Must be extremely detail oriented and know excel and powerpoint well. Do you know pivot tables? Even better. But do you also like to think creatively? We are seeking candidates that can toggle both left and right brain work and enjoy both equally. We seek those who are clear, strong communicators with an innate work ethic and enthusiasm and curiosity for the media and marketing world.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be a fast learner with a curiosity for technology
