Dialing Up Consumer Insight

Ever since the phone got smart, we’ve all been connected, plugged in. Where we go, what we like—it all gets tracked. For us marketers, that’s great.

But even with all that data, there’s still some context missing.

How do we learn more? How do we pinpoint the location, person, product, timing?

The answer? Mobile wallet, baby. A new(ish) way to pay. No cash, no cards, no problem. Consumers tap their phone on the mobile wallet terminal and they’re done.

Convenience meets trackability. Brilliant—and definitely doable. In fact, an Assurant Solutions survey shows that 52% of respondents in China use mobile wallet on a regular basis.
